Jorgenson Consulting is a leading national executive search firm exclusively serving community and economic development organizations.

We work in partnership with each client to lead them in the identification and recruitment of leaders and top tier executives. We understand the requirements for finding the right executive that yields economic benefits and contributes to a community’s competitive advantage. Our network within the non-profit, community and economic development profession is more extensive than any other search firm. We are active in the American Chamber of Commerce Executives, Association of University and Research Parks, International Downtown Association and on the Board of the International Economic Development Council. Professional contacts within the private and public sector are invaluable in sourcing and identifying highly qualified candidates.

Our in-depth candidate research, screening and background checks help ensure clients have the best choice of the most qualified candidates. Recruitment and hiring is a sensitive process. Compensation Surveys

We specialize in compensation surveys. We will analyze your key staff positions and match their responsibilities with comparable organizations, locally and nationally. Compensation and benefit data is presented confidentially for participating organizations.  This information is an invaluable staff recruiting and retention tool.
